and the Art of Slowing it Down
Being Bipolar isn’t EASY. Sometimes it can be fun but it’s also scary! It’s a very serious mental illness afflicting otherwise creative minds. Kindly note that I am not a medical professional but I do know that, if you are mentally ill, medication can stabilise the hyper active chemicals on a roller coaster inside your head! That said, I am a yoga teacher and I know from years of experience (Yoga found me in 1998) that yoga, meditation, can help to center your soul – bring balance to your life. But I am not enlightened. I am merely one lucky soul that learned that the Source of all things has got our backs. That’s right, there is a power in this beautiful Universe of ours that is connecting us all! So take your meds, consider practicing yoga and offer up your lifes challenges to anyone that will listen. ;p
